HAVE YOU EVER WANTED TO BE A SUPER HUMAN JUMPER?
WE WERE JUST LIKE YOU! WE HAD THE SAME DREAMS!
But the sad fact is most jump programs are just SCAMS! You know it, I know it, we all know it.
So I decided to do some research for myself, and to see what was out there, what the actual reserach said about JUMPING HIGHER!
And what I found changed my life.... (and is going to change yours)...
I am going to share with you the secrets that turned me from an average athlete, with NO VERT, into the world box jump recorder holder. How you can EASILY GET NEAR TO OR OVER A 40 INCHES VERTICAL.*
THE SECRET LIES IN MY "CHAIN-WHIP" METHOD
What is this method? Basically, the BoingVERT Method X program turns your body into a "whip" so that you SNAP off the ground. There is NOTHING LIKE IT ON THE MARKET! It's a unique combination of exercises that turned me into a jumping freak. This is not a joke or a gimmick - this stuff really works. Don't be a skeptic - try it and see for yourself!
Picture your hips down to your toes as a long whip.
The hips are the grip of the whip where the power begins, and the toes are the crack of the whip, where the last bit of power is squeezed out with a loud pop!
IF THE GRIP IS WEAK, the crack will be weak too.
Now imagine you ONLY train the tail end of the whip to be more powerful. Yet you are expecting the ENTIRE whip to perform at an elevated level. Sounds silly doesn’t it?!
Welcome to every other jump program out there! We train the entire whip, and you should too!
TAKE ACTION TODAY!
We create super humans.
NOT JUST DUNK, DUNK HARD BoingVERT was created not simply for the athlete who wants to dunk, or the dunker who wants to jump higher and dunk harder.
THE ENTIRE ATHLETE This program was created for the entire athlete. This program has been geared to not only increase the athletes’ vertical, but to improve the overall athleticism and explosiveness of the athlete.
FIRST STEP POWER In sport, the first step is the most important step. The first step determines who covers more ground, faster and more efficiently. Regardless if that is on the ground or in the air.
OLYMPIC LEVEL TRAINING BoingVERT is rooted in training programs used by strength and conditioning coaches who have trained Olympic level athletes and in almost every Olympic sport.
THE PROGRAM WILL PUSH YOU At times the program will push you further than you thought you could go. The program is not designed to break you, it’s designed to help you break barriers; mentally, emotionally, and physically. We want you to succeed! So, we are giving you the tools necessary to increase your own rate of success. From here, it’s in your hands. You determine how successful you become. Welcome to BoingVERT.
» We understand that not everyone has access to a fitness gym. We understand that not everyone has access to a home gym. We understand that not everyone has the money to afford to buy lots of equipment. We have simplified the complexities of this type of training program, in order to cater athletes from all walks of life, with and without access to proper training facilities and equipment.
You may also consider purchasing a set of Dumbbells or Kettlebells. These are easily accessible at big box department stores and even used training equipment stores. My first set of Dumbbells were each 15lbs. Bought them when I was 12 years old. More than 20 years later, I still have them and still use them. Investments in equipment like the Sandbag, Dumbbells, Kettlebells etc. can last the career span of an athlete, when taken care of and used properly. You won’t need lots of heavy weights either. Don’t go out and buy a 70lb Kettlebell because you think you’ll grow being able to use it. Find something that you can do the basic lifts with: Squats, Deadlifts, Cleans, and Push Presses. The weight you choose should be manageable but not overwhelmingly challenging or daunting to use.
» TRAINING PARTNER (OPTIONAL)
One more piece of advice for this program. It’s always good to have a training partner. Finding someone who will push you, help hold you accountable, and make sure you are smart and safe while training can help you to progress a lot as an athlete. Again, it’s not required.
