What are Altitude Drops?
Basically, you stand at a certain height (18 inches, 36 inches - the program is very specific about this) -
and then you DROP from that height and land on your TOES! (There are many variations of this)
When you do this - your tendons and ligaments increase in strength in crazy ways -
this exercise makes you "BOING!"
