- The aim of the program is to turn your body into a nearly literal "spring!" (We actually compared it to jumping like a whip!)
- If you are already doing a BoingVERT program we recommend finishing that program, waiting 3 or 4 weeks, then starting Method X.
- There are no weights required for this proram.
- Again, this is an experimental program and has not been thoroughly tested on a lot of athletes like our other programs. However, the people who have used have gained upwards of 12 to 15 inches.
